What you buy
Video editing delivered as files. A pack is a one-time purchase for a fixed number of reels. A subscription is a monthly number of reels, charged in advance, with no rollover and no overage without a new charge. Each delivered mp4 counts as one reel. Turnaround is within 24 hours of pressing Submit on a complete order; this is a target, not a guarantee, and the only remedy for a late delivery is the delivery itself.
Payment first
Nothing is edited before payment clears. No free tier, no trial, no sample. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes your country adds.
Refunds
Before editing starts (order status Awaiting upload or Queued, nothing rendered), you can ask for a refund within 24 hours of payment and get it minus payment processor fees. Once an order is In production or later, no refunds. Subscriptions cancel any time; the current month is not refunded.
Re-runs
One re-run per order, from the same footage, with written notes on what to change. No new footage on a re-run.
Your footage and your rules
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload and that it shows no nudity, hate, harassment, copyrighted material you do not own, or medical or financial claims you cannot back. We may refuse an order that breaks this and refund it minus fees. You are responsible for what you post and where.
What we do with it
Your footage and the finished files are used only to make your order. They are not shown as samples, not reused, not used to train anything, and deleted on the schedule in the privacy page. The finished files are yours to post on your own channels.
Limits
Ten clips per order, five minutes per clip, two gigabytes per order. Orders over the limits stay open until you fix them.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for how a platform treats what you post.
